Well for what it is worth your emails have certainly helped clear
things up in my mind. The list of build order in this email was
particular enlightening. Again I'm booted into Linux at the moment,
but next time I'm in Windows I'll try out this stuff to see if my
build problems can be solved. Hopefully Nicholas will have success
too.
