[webkit-help] Build webkit error, How to use "make_names.pl"?

I got error when compile webkit in WinXP. So I want to use
\WebCore\dom\make_names.pl to generate the files, such as "HTMLNames.h". How
should I use this file? In the command line, "perl make_names.pl" will give
me errors, so, what's the arguments. I think it should be some files, but
where is it? Any one can give me a clue?
