The least of your problems is to get it compile on ARM. If you don't want to
use an existing port you will have to start with your own port. Depending of
what you are reusing (e.g. Skia, Cairo for painting, or Soup for Networking)
this can be a lot of work. E.g. the WebKit/GTK+ and QtWebKit are not feature
complete even after more than two years of development...

Just yesterday someone else asked "how to port WebKit to a new platform"
(brew once again...) and Adam Roben's answer is good, you should read it,
porting is possible but it can take quite a while to get it complete...

Do you really need a new port?
