I believe Qt is easier to track, but then I am biased :)

Feel free to shout out loud if you still have problem figuring out the
code path for scrolling. Usually it is very easy to trace it, see some
examples I have placed in http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/CodePaths (don't
hesitate to expand that page with your finding!).
