I talked to Carlos on IRC and we agreed on that always propagating motion<br>
events makes sense for exactly the reasons you exposed here, so I'm going<br>
back to my original proposal and doing that instead of messing with storing<br>
and re-emitting events, which might be a bit overkill for this case.<br>
