[webkit-gtk] compiler settings for Window build

Recently Webkit has dropped support for MSVC , we have to use clang-cl compiler now, what  are compiler settings required? After setting compiler as clang-cl the LLIntAssembly.h is being generated which is not compatible with clang-cl.
