[webkit-gtk] WebKitGTK and WPEWebKit branched for 2.34

What about branching WebKitGTK 3.0 to create a GTK4 compatibility
breaking version?
Sorry for nagging, but i think GTK4 port should have highest priority
now.  GTK 4.4 was just released a week ago
