No, we stopped developing that many years ago. Sorry.

The best way to move forward would be to help fix 
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=164509, though that will 
certainly not be simple. Fixing this is not a priority for me due to 
extremely low usage of client certificates on the web, so it will 
probably need to be implemented by someone who cares about it. Sorry,
