[webkit-gtk] REGRESSION: Bug 167343

Building WebKitGtk on MacOS is broken for a really dumb reason: ICU's unicode/utf.h includes Source/WTF/wtf/unicode/UTF8.h because the CXXFLAGS include -ISource/WTF/wtf, breaking the solution from Bug 70913.

Bug 167343 is the *sixth* bug for this same stupid problem. Two of the bugs (88307 and 72152) even had the correct fix in their summaries: Rename the file. 

Can this get fixed for the next release?
