[webkit-gtk] The maximum version to be bumped for modules in jhbuild

Hi,

WebKitGTK+ has a clear policy on the minimum versions of dependent modules.

What about modules in jhbuild? What is the maximum version to which I can bump.
Here are the part of current specified versions:

> libpng	N/A
> libwebp	N/A

I'd like to bump freetype and icu of jhbuild for emoji.
