[webkit-gtk] HTML5 video performance

Hi,

When playing back videos via WebkitGTK (2.4.11 /Midori 0.5.11), we're
seeing massive performance degradations compared to plain gst-play –
<10% CPU load compared to 40% CPU load on an i5-2520M (with VAAPI
enabled), and ~30% compared to 100%+ stutter on an AMD GX-210HA APU
(with VDPAU enabled) for FHD h.264 videos (on otherwise completely empty
test pages).

Where does the overhead come from? VAAPI/VDPAU are definitely enabled
and working (uninstalling gstreamer-vaapi makes it stutter everywhere),
screen compositor also has no performance impact.
