This will be an interesting feature to have. However, as far as I know
there isn't any schedule at the moment to implement it on WebKitGTK+.

I believe this feature would be also interesting for the other WebKit
ports, including the Mac port (Safari). So maybe you can try to ask in
webkit-dev at lists.webkit.org to check if the Apple developers have any
plans for it?
