[webkit-gtk] Migrating the web site repository

GitLab is acquiring Gitorious, which provides hosting for our web site
repository:
https://about.gitlab.com/2015/03/03/gitlab-acquires-gitorious/

It seems that we have until May to move the repository to another
server. The obvious options, though we can discuss others, are to move
it to GitHub or GitLab. GitLab is open source, but not the
cloud-hosted version. GitHub is more popular. Thoughts?
