[webkit-gtk] Canvas support in WebKit API

Hi again, all!

I am wondering about why these WebKit APIs are not exposed by WebKitGTK:

https://developer.apple.com/library/safari/documentation/WebKit/Reference/CanvasRenderingContext2DClassRef/

compare to:

http://webkitgtk.org/reference/webkitdomgtk/stable/WebKitDOMHTMLCanvasElement.html

— have these canvas specific WebKit API calls/types intentionally been left
out by the WebKitGTK "mapping" of the API? Is there any way these could be
added at some point?
