[webkit-gtk] Migrating the web site repository

We discussed this some time ago on the webkit-dev mailing list, but
eventually decided to host it separately.

Today, I have migrated the site to GitHub and will be using a GitHub
organization to gather all of our various repositories including the
test fonts. Please let me know if there are any issues with the
transition. Thanks!
