Building the Gtk in Windows is pretty easy (and trivially so on OSX), at least with MinGW. Building WebKitGtk on anything but Linux is a major chore, but if you want to embed HTML rendering and/or Javascript in a Gtk application there’s not much in the way of alternatives.
