[webkit-gtk] Get the content of text file with docLoader

Not sure if I got your question properly. But, you can load an URL with
webkit_web_view_load_uri() [1], get the main resource with
webkit_web_view_get_main_resource() [2] and get its content with
webkit_web_resource_get_data() [3].
