[webkit-gtk] Patches for building on darwin

I think the list of filed bugs has grown even more over the past few days
(and there's nothing wrong with that).

Could you also please file a meta bug that would depend on all the bugs
that need to be fixed? That would give a clear view of what problems still
need solving.
