[webkit-gtk] WebKitGTK+ branched for 2.4

I've just created the new stable branch for 2.4 release. The branch
point is revision 163026 right before the jsCStack merge. 

As always all the information is available in the wiki page:

http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/WebKitGTK/2.4.x

Please, remember to note there the bug fixes when they land in trunk, to
be merged in the stable branch as well.

I'll release 2.3.5 from the stable branch this week as soon as blocker
bugs are fixed.
