[webkit-gtk] webkitgtk will not build without gtk2

webkitgtk-2.0.4 (and as far as I can see, webkitgtk-2.1.92 as well) will not build without gtk2.

I assume this is because plugins still require gtk2 rather than gtk3.

Is it possible to build webkitgtk without gtk2 and do without plugins?
