[webkit-gtk] libwebkit2gtk and NTLM authentication

Hello Brian,
I have made all my test against Windows SBS 2011 in our local network.
So I don't have provide any test site for you :-(
I have tested with NTLM and NTLMv2. NTLM works fine with Chromium browser.
