[webkit-gtk] webkitgtk-1.11.5 fails to build due to missing ObjcRuntimeExtras.h

webkitgtk-1.11.5 is failing to build (1.11.4 worked fine).

Also, it would be nice if these trivial 1-liners could please be merged, so I can stop carrying around the patches:

And could you please also add AsyncFileSystemCallbacks.h to the tarball (this one isn't a regression):

Is bugzilla pretty much ignored for webkit-gtk?  Should I report issues directly to the mailing list instead?
