[webkit-gtk] Patches for building on darwin

We've (MacPorts) been carrying around a bunch of patches for webkit-gtk for a while.  It would be nice if these could get integrated into upstream releases, so other packagers could benefit from our work.  Could you please go through these tickets and integrate our patches, reject them, or let us know what would need to be changed to get them integrated?
