With WebKit 2.2.3, my user agent is:

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Intel Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/538.1 (KHTML, like Gecko)
Safari/538.1 Epiphany/3.10.2

Whenever I create a bug in GNOME Bugzilla, my OS is detected as OS X.
This is not very impressive. Trying to access the Google+ hangouts
plugin [1], I find Google is so confused that I am only able to download
the Windows installer. I'm still presented with the Linux build of
Firefox [2], but I hazard a guess that may not be the case once you
remove X11 from the user agent.

I imagine this is only the tip of the breakage iceberg. I know you
probably don't have any good options here and cannot continue pretending
to be Chromium, but this change does not seem to be working out very
well. Good luck....
