[webkit-gtk] Relation of webkitgtk releases to upstream?

We have "tags" for releases here:

http://trac.webkit.org/browser/releases/WebKitGTK

webkit-1.8.3 hasn't been tagged, though, but if you look for example at
webkit-1.9.1, you can see the revision of trunk that was copied for that
"tag".
