[webkit-gtk] Implement threaded model of Coordinated Graphics

Hello, WebKit-Gtk.

As we discussed with Martin, to provide performance improvement of
accelerated compositing,
we are going to implement threaded model of Coordinated Graphics in GTK+
port.
