[webkit-gtk] GSettings-independent proxy configuration

Hi,

Is there a way to make an WebView follow
independent proxy configurations instead
of the ones in org.gnome.system.proxy?

By setting the proxy-uri property in the
default SoupSession, I can do this for
HTTP, but this apparently does not work
for other protocols like SOCKS.
