[webkit-gtk] Supporting FileSystem API for webkitgtk+

 Hello, GTK Folks :)
I'm happy to share my humble FileSystem API implementation for webkitgtk+.
This is an initial movement so it may have some bugs. That is why I need
your huge interest and kind review. :)

Most tests in fast/filesystem are passed except the ones related with
worker.
Unfortunately, Worker for FileSystem is not supported yet. This remains as
next step.
