I have moved up this problem, using style to change scrollbar size. The problem is that the child frame of the
scrolled window (webkitframe). The child doesn't create a scrolled window with the same properties so, it the parent
is kinetic scrolled the child frame will not. In gtk3.0 there are discussion about kinetic scrolled window but this
doesn't fix the child scrolling. How the scrolled is done in the child frame?
