    I have cross compiled the 1.1.22 version last week-end with 
    Josip patch to support file:// URLS? and it seams to work 
    (with wine and xp). 
    you can find the whole cross-compiler (containing all the deps 
    libs you need for webkit) at http://cermics.enpc.fr/~jpc/ 
    (see the item cross-compiler in the main menu).
    The dlls are in /usr/local/mingw32-gcc4.4.3/i686-pc-mingw32/bin/
    the dll.a, *.la in  /usr/local/mingw32-gcc4.4.3/i686-pc-mingw32/lib 
    etc ...
