You don't need to enable it, the support is there. The WebKitWebView
object will emit a signal when a download is requested, and you can use
it to tell it how to perform the download. There are also a number of
policy decision signals that may be worth investigating. Looking at how
Epiphany, and Midori handle downloads is a good first step.
