[webkit-gtk] can't compile the WebKitGtk-1.2.3

Hi,

The file JSDatabase.h is auto generated by a perl script
generate-bindings.pl.

If you use build-webkit script for building, it should get generated inside
WebKitBuild/Release/DerivedSources/.

Perl should be installed and updated.
