[webkit-gtk] Font problem whith utf-8 characters in "file://" url

Hi,

I don't know if this is a webkit-gtk problem or a webkit problem.

I have the following problem with the window port :

Windows Vista Home
webkit installed as defined in:
http://www.gramps-project.org/bugs/view.php?id=2887

wrong display for special German letters (ü, ä, ö, ß, ...)
utf-8 characters not displayed with file://
It works with http://

Example : <H3>All event places for Štokić, Željko.</H3>

It works correctly with linux.

Did you see this ?
Is it a webkit-gtk problem ?
Is there a way to correct this ?
