[webkit-efl] Bump Ubuntu version from 14.04 to 14.10 for EFL port

Hello all,

I finish to bump Ubuntu version from 14.04 to 15.04 on last Sunday.
If you have used old version, it would be good to upgrade your Ubuntu.
