[webkit-efl] Consider to drop EFL 1.7 support from ewebkit

I am creating the patch to move e_dubs dep to eldbus.

If I remember correctly, w3c battery status spec is changed little bit.
(It introduced promise.)

I also don't know whether we should keep the old battery status API.
