[webkit-efl] Consider to drop EFL 1.7 support from ewebkit

Hi,

the WebKit build was broken with 1.12 beta1.
I filed a bug report about it 10 days before:
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=138245

Is there any plan to fix the WebKit build before the release?

Additionally the WebGL is completely broken since 1.11:
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=137842
Do we know if it will work with 1.12?
