[webkit-efl] Consider to drop EFL 1.7 support from ewebkit

Hi, All

As you may know, EFL 1.12 will be released a few days later.

I don't think that EFL developers are still using 1.7.

So, what do you think about dropping 1.7 support from ewebkit.
If nobody objects it, I will make the patch.
