[webkit-efl] Stop to maintain EFL WK1 port

I cc'd efl mailing list for someone who may use EFL WK1 port.

Unfortunately, I agree with you.
Nowadays, we don't have enough man power to maintain two ports.

If nobody volunteer, I will also support it.
