[webkit-efl] We can run layout test without SHARED_CORE=ON !

Hi efl folks,

Finally we don't need to use SHARED_CORE=ON when running layout test.
Thanks to ryuan's patch, EFL port is being built on developer mode by
default.

Under developer mode, libewebkit2.so contains all symbols though, it is not
harmful for developer. Howeve, we will exclude unnecessary symbols for
official webkit efl release.
