[webkit-efl] Moving the EFL WebKit2 public APIs to outside WebKit2 directory

It depends what you call WebKit1. The Blackberry and Chrome are not
simple WebKit1 API's as such. I think it is fine and a lot less
controversial than adding a new higher level directory.
