[webkit-efl] Work on new web inspector

Sorry for the duplicated e-mail,but some friends told me that the first 
one had some problem and the font was very small, sorry about that.

Just to tell you that new inspector's patch is ready and if you have 
some comments or suggestions please do it in the bug page, see
