[webkit-efl] Work on new web inspector

Hi,

As you know, we should use the Safari inspector UI 
(Source/WebInspectorUI) instead of the old one 
(Source/WebCore/inspector/front-end).

There is a master bug to do this, see 
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=118676.

So I created a new bug to start this activity on WebKit-EFL port, see 
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=119559, and I will work on this 
with Andre Loureiro here and Antonio Gomes will help us too.

We expect to finish this as soon as possible.

I don't know if someone is already working on this, if yes we would like 
to help. Please contact us here or on IRC.
