[webkit-efl] LLInt on EFL

Hi webkit-efl,

As announced on webkit-dev mailing list [1], the JSC classic
interpreter was deprecated and LLint [2] is now the default and where
all the development happens. Looks like we have no choice but enable
it ASAP. The work on this task will be tracked on bugzilla as always
[3]. Be aware that when this patch lands, ruby will be a build time
dependency.
