[webkit-efl] Deprecating WebKit EFL 1

Hi, I also fully support this. We need to announce this early to give people time to switch to WK2.

We now have a better layout test pass rate with wk2 than wk1. I'm not aware of any major feature missing in WK2 that is in WK1. Therefore, I don't see much sense for people to keep using WK1 EFL.

Keeping EFL WK1 around is slowing us down and we also need to push people to transition to WebKit2 EFL where most of the development happens.
