As usual, there's inconsistency in the EFL themselves :-)

A quick grep in my include/ directory indicates that evas seems to use
enable, whereas the other libraries (eina, elm and ecore) use enabled.

I paint my shed `ewk_foo_bar_enabled_{get,set}' to keep it consistent
with the majority.
