[webkit-efl] Porting MiniBrowser to Elementary

I've always seen MiniBrowser/EWebLauncher as a tool mostly targeted
at the WebKit developers themselves (even though I don't know if this
was the original intention back when the first implementations were
written). From this point of view, it should just be a matter of
installing Elementary (or getting it for free if you use
build-webkit+jhbuild) if it is not present.
