Using Elementary in an application looks OK to me: the EFL port itself
still won't depend on Elementary, and we get to reduce a lot of the code
we currently have in MiniBrowser/EWebLauncher.

I don't even think there's anything for the elm_web guys to worry about
here, since there should be no visible change for end users of our port.
