[webkit-efl] WebKit2 EFL API consistency: uri vs url

Yes, WebKit2 only.

While we could update WebKit1 EFL API as well, I personally don't have much
interest in doing so.
Also, I believe it is better to keep compatibility with existing apps in
WebKit1 EFL. WebKit2 EFL is still young though, I believe it is still
possible to break API compatibility if it means improving the API.
