[webkit-efl] WebKit2 EFL API consistency: uri vs url

Hi,

Our WebKit2 EFL API is currently a bit inconsistent in its use of uri /
url. Some functions use one, some use the other.
The majority seems to use url though.

I'm proposing that we rename uri to url in all the WebKit2 EFL APIs and
documentation, for the sake of consistency.
