[webkit-efl] 64-bit release buildbot is sick.

Hello WebKit EFL folks,

Thanks to kubo and leandro,  EFL buildbot and EWS problems are solved. EFL
EWS and buildbot are working well now.
Especially, thanks again kubo :-)

Anyway, EFL EWS and 64-bit release buildbot can run on Ubuntu 12.04
through this upgrade,
